Email us with the address connected to your account and a clear description of the issue. Never send your one-time sign-in code.
Email supportAccount deletion
In the app, open Me, select Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your active account profile, sessions, QR card, event check-ins, and connections. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account.
Report a member or content
Email hello@westvalleyirl.com with the member's name, the event, what happened, and any relevant screenshots. For immediate danger, contact venue staff or emergency services.
Child-safety concerns
West Valley IRL prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation. Review our Child Safety Standards. In the iOS or Android app, open People, choose Report or block for a member, and select Child safety or exploitation. You may also email hello@westvalleyirl.com. Do not send or redistribute suspected illegal material.
Privacy requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email hello@westvalleyirl.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
